Norfolk High boys tennis competes in Lincoln East Invite

The Norfolk Panther boys tennis squad participated in yesterday’s Lincoln East Invite.

Elkhorn South was the champion with a score of 106. They won by ten points. Norfolk totaled 38 points to place eighth in the ten-team event. Tate Brudigan was 1-4 in #1 Singles while Colby Clarkson recorded a 1-4 mark in #2 Singles. Colby Mrsny & Mason Borgman went 2-3 in #1 Doubles and Joshua Schrader & Colby Clarkson were 1-4 in #2 Doubles.

The Norfolk Panthers Varsity tennis team traveled to Lincoln on Monday, September 10th to compete the Lincoln East Tennis Invitational held at Woods Tennis Center and Lincoln Pius X High School. The Panthers finished in 8th Place in the 10-team invitational. Team scores were as follows:

Elkhorn South 106 Lincoln North Star 64

Lincoln East 96 Lincoln Christian 56

Lincoln Pius X 96 Norfolk 38

Kearney 92 Beatrice 22

York 76 Columbus 16
