A Nebraska grand jury has indicted three Omaha men for the Dec. 14 armed kidnapping and robbery of a U.S. Postal Service truck driver in Grand Island.

In a news release, U.S. Attorney Joe Kelly said a five-count indictment was unsealed Wednesday against Gary Fellows, Sidney Britt and Joshua Britt.

The charges include robbery, kidnapping of a federal employee and use of a firearm to commit a crime of violence.

In the indictment, Assistant U.S. Attorney Kelli Ceraolo alleges that the three men, at gunpoint, bound an employee’s hands, covered the employee’s head and unlawfully took property consisting of remittance bags containing currency and bank deposits belonging to the Postal Service.
