Prior to her current role as Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary, Ms. O’Brien was a founding member of NV5 and was instrumental in the Company’s initial public offering in March of 2013. Ms. O’Brien brings to the board over thirty years of experience in human resources and administration in the engineering and consulting engineering industry. Ms. O’Brien earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communications and Business Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. O’Brien was elected on June 9, 2018 at NV5’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
