Plans for apartments at Coyote Rock community call for 180 units
Plans are underway for hundreds of apartments at Coyote Rock Waterfront Living in Spokane Valley.
Riverside Place LLC submitted a grading permit in September for five parcels of land south of the Spokane River near East Coyote Rock Drive.
Plans call for construction of 180 low- to middle-income apartments on 15 acres with expected completion in the spring of 2020, according to an environmental study submitted to the city.
New streets and utilities also will be built .
Riverside Place LLC purchased the five parcels of vacant land for $1.5 million.
Cliff Mort, president of Coeur d’Alene-based Neighborhood Inc, is the site developer for the Coyote Rock, a master-planned community that offers 5 miles of boating access on the Spokane River.
