Always with a smile, she is a creative and inspiring leader who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit that is fundamental to our team’s ongoing market success.”

Among her current projects, Dr. Letourneau is developing a risk tool for early identification and intervention of both worker’s compensation and behavioral health populations, using machine learning and artificial intelligence. She also supports business development activities, industry partner relationship building, and state government bidding processes. She is a regular presenter for Carisk Partners, and participated at the NJBIZ Opioid Panel, Florida RIMS Educational Conference, and the Advanced Medical Strategies Claims Symposium.

Dr. Letourneau earned her Medical Degree (MD) at New York University School of Medicine, where she was named a Raymond Brienza Scholar, Health Disparities Research Fellow, and Department of Medicine Awardee in Healthcare Dilemmas. Concurrently, she earned an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, where she specialized in the Management of Technology and Operations with a focus in data analytics. She was the recipient of the Armando John Garville Scholarship and named to the Dean’s List.
