TROOPER KILLED-FUNERAL

ALFRED, N.Y. — The funeral for a New York state trooper shot to death this week is being held at the western New York college where he starred on the football field. Trooper Nicholas Clark died responding to a call early Monday morning about a suicidal man barricaded in his home near the Pennsylvania border. 250 words by 3 p.m.
