Abundant Scores Soar in Reading and Math

July 29, 2018

WILMINGTON -- Students at Abundant Life Christian School have scored well above the national average on the Iowa Standardized Tests for the 2017-2018 school year, according to school Administrator Kristen Jones.

The Iowa tests are quite rigorous and give a very clear picture of where students actually stand in their achievement.

The scores this year show that ALCS students are surpassing the national average overall in reading by 57 percent, and the national average overall in mathematics and computation by 84 percent.

“I am so proud of our teachers and our students in the way they continually strive for excellence,” Jones said. “Our teachers are deeply committed to the school’s mission of providing a rigorous academic program from a Christian worldview perspective.”

Abundant Life Christian School is enrolling grades K-8 for the 2018-2019 school year. To set up a tour for your child, call Jones at 978-657-8710.
