Longmont Police Notes: Gun Flashed During ‘road-rage’ Incident

A driver told police a man in a white truck pointed a gun at him during a “road-rage” incident at 4:11 p.m. Monday. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

Longmont police were trying to stop a man on a bicycle in the 1100 block of Kimbark Street Monday for a traffic violation when he attempted to elude officers. A stun gun was used and the man was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of narcotics, burglary tools and stolen checks and also had five warrants out for his arrest.

A Longmont man reported a tree stolen from his backyard in the 600 block of Bowen Street on Monday. The case is closed due to lack of suspect information.

A woman in the 1100 block of Button Rock Drive in Longmont was bitten by the family cat. The cat was placed on quarantine at home.
