Dorrance Twp. Holds Easter Egg Hunt

May 16, 2019

Dorrance Twp. recently held its annual Easter egg hunt in conjunction with the re-opening and ribbon cutting ceremony at the refurbished township park. Township officials noted that the new playground equipment at the park and resurfacing of the basketball and tennis courts was possible due to a gaming grant. The ribbon at the park was cut by Special Olympic gold-medalist Aaron Keller and state Rep. Tarah Toohil. Officials also expressed their appreciation to residents and businesses who donated to the event and helped with preparations. With the Easter Bunny, from left, are Pat Davis, township secretary, and Beverly Lukashewski, tax collector, both of whom coordinated the event.
