Wilson named director of finance at Stonewall Resort
ROANOKE, W.Va. — A Scott Depot native has been named director of finance for Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia.
Tyler Wilson grew up in Scott Depot and graduated from Calvary Baptist Academy in 2006. The son of Glenn and Kathy Wilson of Scott Depot, he graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
“It is with great pleasure that I welcome Tyler to our resort,” general manager Andre D’Amoui said in a news release. “He comes to us with extensive experience in financial management and an important understanding of the West Virginia market. We look forward to his leadership as part of our executive team.”
Wilson brings several years of progressive experience in finance to his new position at Stonewall Resort. He was previously CPA for Arnett Carbis Toothman LLP of Charleston. He has also served in various financial capacities within organizations throughout West Virginia.
Wilson is a strong supporter of the Marshall chapter of Beta Alpha Psi as well as the West Virginia Society of CPAs. He and his family have relocated to the Roanoke, West Virginia, area.
