Annual Chef’s Food Fest scheduled for June 6
LAUGHLIN — Chef’s Food Fest is back at the Aquarius Casino Resort on June 6 for its 32nd year.
Tickets for the event are $75 per person or $750 to reserve a table of 10.
The event has assigned seating and if you wish to sit next to family or friends, option two is best. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older.
Guests get to enjoy endless courses and drinks prepared by some of the Colorado River region’s top chefs and mixologists.
The theme this year is flavors of the islands. Chefs again will have to make at least one dish with the selected secret ingredient. Last year, the secret ingredient was sweet potatoes.
Participating chefs are judged on the best use of the secret ingredient, booth, food, dessert and drink.
The Colorado Belle and Edgewater won the Best Food trophy last year.
If any business would like to partake in the event there is a form available online or sign up can be done directly at the chamber’s website. Last day for registering is May 15.
Chefs Food Fest also will have a live charity auction with proceeds going to the River Fund, Inc. The Laughlin Nevada Chamber of Commerce is accepting charity auction donations and sponsorships.
To purchase tickets, inquire about sponsorship or donor opportunities or for more information, visit or call the Laughlin Chamber at 702-298-2214. Tickets for the event sell out every year.
“It’s the most anticipated food event of the year,” said Val Gabaldon, executive assistant at the Laughlin Chamber.
