Police roundup: Grand larceny listed among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON - The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 15 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Warrant service/execution, 4:16 a.m. Thursday, 500 block of West 14th Street.

Petit larceny, midnight Jan. 4, 1400 block of Columbia Avenue.

False pretenses with value of $1,000 or more, midnight Monday, 1800 block of Artisan Avenue.

Information report, 11:01 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of West 5th Avenue.

Shoplifting, 5:02 p.m. Wednesday, 3100 block of U.S. 60.

Deceased person, 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of 10th Avenue.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 1:25 p.m. Wednesday, unit block of Washington Avenue rear.

Intoxicating substances, prohibited acts, 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of 16th Street.

Fugitive from justice, obstructing officer, fleeing from officer, no vehicle, warrant service/execution, 3:28 p.m. Wednesday, 900 block of West 10th Street.

Fraudulent use of a credit card - value less than $1,000, petit larceny, 12:15 a.m. Jan. 3, 900 block of 5th Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, receiving or transferring stolen goods - misdemeanor, receiving or transferring stolen property, 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of 4th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, 900 block of 5th Avenue.

Grand larceny, 9:33 a.m. Jan. 2, 1200 block of Jefferson Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, obstructing officer, 3:28 a.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of Hal Greer Boulevard.

Destruction of property - misdemeanor, 3:15 a.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of 4th Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Tracey Ray Hill, 44, was jailed at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice, DUI, obstructing and fleeing. Bond was $13,500.

Javontae Greene, 21, was jailed at 11 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with conspiracy and receiving or transferring stolen property.

Demarko Muex, 22, was jailed at 11 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with conspiracy and receiving or transferring stolen property.

Joshua Thomas Perry, 20, was jailed at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with breaking and entering and grand larceny. Bond was not set.

Marquan Peterson, 21, was jailed at 11 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged him with conspiracy and receiving or transferring stolen property.

John Wesley Hager, 20, was jailed at 1:40 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged him with home confinement violation. Bond was not set.
