Man arrested for alleged transaction card fraud
A Rome man was arrested Thursday for using another person’s credit card to make purchases.
According to Floyd County Jail reports:
Juan Antonio Villeda, 17, used another person’s credit card on Sept. 7 to make 10 transactions totaling to $197.90 and was arrested following an affidavit issued for his arrest.
He is being charged with a felony charge of financial transaction fraud.
