Fuze Appoints Timothy Puccio to Vice President of Global Channels and Alliances

May 15, 2019

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 15, 2019--

Fuze, the leading cloud-based communications and collaboration platform provider for the modern global enterprise, today announced the appointment of Timothy Puccio as vice president of global channels and alliances. In this role, Tim will lead the channel sales strategy in partnership with Chief Sales Officer Chris Doggett, driving broader adoption of the Fuze platform across the globe and accelerating enterprise communications and collaboration and the future of work.

“Our global channel program is a vital part of Fuze’s growth strategy. Tim will drive the continued expansion of the program and oversee the substantial investments we are making, building momentum and generating sales across our partner community,” said Doggett. “With deep software expertise and years of enterprise channel and sales experience, Tim is the ideal leader for developing our channel partnerships and alliances, while scaling our team to align with Fuze’s overall growth.”

Tim brings over 20 years of sales experience in the software and enterprise technology industry, including sales leadership roles at HP Software and as vice president of sales at Intact Technology. Most recently, Tim served as vice president of global alliances, managed service providers, and channel sales at Boston-based backup and recovery software provider Carbonite, where he was responsible for achieving the company’s channel and managed service provider revenue goals and for the expansion of global partnerships and alliances.

“As the market opportunity for unified communications and collaboration technology accelerates, Fuze’s growing partner program and reseller offerings present more opportunities for enterprises to transition to the cloud, while allowing their employees to work in the ways that are most effective for them,” said Puccio. “I look forward to supporting the expansion of the Fuze global partner program and driving new global growth initiatives to support Fuze’s overall sales efforts.”

In 2018, Fuze announced the expansion of its global partner program to include reseller options for select partners and the ability for select partners to deliver Fuze professional services. In October, the company held its first Professional Services Partner Summit, a day-long event with global partners from North America and EMEA with the goal to learn how to increase profitability and discover new tools and methods for enhanced delivery of Fuze services. Fuze was also recently named to the CRN 2019 Mobility 100, an annual list of innovative mobile products and services, and received a five-star rating in CRN’s Partner Program Guide.
