TRAIN STOPPED-TERRORISM CHARGE — A Missouri man who pulled an emergency break and prompted panic aboard an Amtrak train in southern Nebraska has pleaded guilty to a terrorism charge.

STANTON COUNTY FATALITY — Authorities have charged a driver with manslaughter for a northeast Nebraska crash death.

DOCTOR INDICTED — A Lincoln doctor accused of using patients and employees to obtain prescription drugs for himself has pleaded not guilty.

COUNTY THEFT — A former Platte County employee has been imprisoned for stealing from the county.

FATAL FARM ACCIDENT — Authorities say a man died after a farm accident in northeast Nebraska.
