Kulasekara back from injury for South Africa T20s
COLOMBO, Sri Lanka (AP) — Sri Lanka has recalled seam bowler Nuwan Kulasekara in the 15-member squad for a three-match Twenty20 series starting Friday after he missed the one-day international series due to an injury.
Kulasekara, who has been a spearhead in Sri Lanka’s seam bowling attack, was injured during a tri-nation series in the Caribbean last month and missed a five-match one-day international series against South Africa at home.
The squad led by Dinesh Chandimal and fast bowler Lasith Malinga as his deputy has seven specialist batsmen, three allrounders, three specialist fast bowlers and two spinners.
The first match of te series will be played in Colombo while the remaining matches will be played in Hambantota.
