LOS ANGELES (AP) _ A 21-year-old man was sentenced to life in prison for killing a costumer for the television show ``Nash Bridges'' after the man walked in on a liquor store holdup.

Jose Lopez was convicted earlier this month of murder, robbery and weapons charges in the May 2000 slaying of Bradley Anderson. He was sentenced to life without the possibility of parole on Tuesday.

Lopez's co-defendant, Victor Angel Moreno, 22, was convicted of similar charges last month. His sentencing is scheduled for July 10.

Anderson, 42, a career film and television costumer, was shot to death at a liquor store in suburban Culver City. Prosecutors said he was trying to leave during a holdup by Lopez and Moreno when Lopez shot him in the back.

Police tied the two men to the crime through fingerprints on a beer bottle and arrested them four days later.
