Cold brews: Hundreds attend BrrrewFest’s ‘chilliest’ year yet
Snowfall blew and blustered, and the thermometer read 10 degrees at the start of the event, providing a wintry atmosphere Saturday for Ludington’s fifth annual Pure Ludington BrrrewFest.
From 1 to 6 p.m., at least 700 people attended the craft beer festival at Rotary Park, said Brandy Miller, executive director of the Ludington Area Convention & Visitors Bureau, which hosted the event.
“It can be about 10 degrees, and hundreds still turn out for a good cause and to enjoy some craft beer,” Miller said. “We’re happy. Despite the weather, people still came out. The event certainly lived up to its name today.”
