November 12, 2018

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 12, 2018--Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS) is one of the country’s top employers, according to the 2019 Aon Best Employers in Canada Study, released on November 8. This is the 11th year that Cintas has been named a leader in workplace excellence.

“We are thrilled to once again have been awarded this tremendous honour for the eleventh time,” said James Dawe, Vice President, Cintas Canada. “Our employee-partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we’ve taken special care to establish a culture that allows us to work together at every level of the organization to exceed our customers’ expectations.”

Cintas was part of a distinguished group among 29 large organizations (400 or more employees) and 19 small and medium-sized enterprises (between 50 and 399 employees) to be recognized by this year’s Aon’s study.

“Having a highly engaged workforce has never been more important,” said Todd Mathers, Partner and Canada Talent Practice Leader at Aon. “Organizations are facing unprecedented disruption, requiring many to change the nature of jobs and how work gets done – and to do this quickly and effectively. Doing this well is critical to maintaining and improving the end customer experience and – by extension – organization performance. Our research consistently demonstrates that engaged employees provide organizations with a competitive advantage when managing through change. Congratulations to Cintas for showcasing a culture of engagement and a commitment to workplace excellence.”
