CHINA TARIFFS-FARMERS

BISMARCK, N.D. _ Jamie Beyer says she knew way back in 2017, when President Donald Trump first started talking about tariffs, that the soybeans her family grows in Minnesota and South Dakota were likely to become a weapon.
