Idaho Falls Police efforts to resuscitate unresponsive baby at convenience store fail

IDAHO FALLS – On Wednesday, Sept. 12 at approximately 8:43 a.m., Idaho Falls Police were dispatched to Common Cents convenience store at 1940 W. Broadway in Idaho Falls for an unresponsive 3 week old baby.

Officer arrived and assisted in life saving measures until Idaho Falls Fire/EMS arrived.

The baby was transported to EIRMC. Officers were later advised that the baby had passed away.

Idaho Falls Detectives are following up with the medical examiner’s office.
