Honor Flight to host a basket bingo

HUNTINGTON — Honor Flight of Huntington is hosting a vintage Longaberger basket bingo, Tuesday, March 12 at HIMG, 5170 U.S. 60 East. Doors will be open at 5:30 p.m., games start at 6 p.m. Participants can play 20 games for $20. Refreshments are available along with door prizes and 50/50 raffle.

The Honor Flight is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005, and their mission is to transport America’s veterans to Washington, D.C. to see the memorials built in their honor. This trip, thanks to volunteers and donations from our community and corporate businesses, is 100 percent free to our veterans. Honor Flight Huntington accepts applications from veterans in West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky. The organization currently is taking applications from WWII, Korean and Vietnam veterans.
