Donald Trump gets first-hand look at Hurricane Florence damage
President Trump got a briefing on the ground in North Carolina Wednesday about hurricane recovery efforts then visited an aid center.
Mr. Trump handed out containers of food to a line of cars and stood for photos with aide workers under sunny skies.
“Some of the hardest work is taking place right now, even though it’s nice and beautiful and sunny,” the president said at the morning briefing at a military base.
Mr. Trump said he’ll make sure disaster relief money pours into the region, which was slammed by Hurricane Florence.
