Pittston Man Sentenced On Gun Crimes
A Pittston man will spend six years in prison after being convicted of drug and gun crimes in federal court, the U.S. Attorneys Office announced Friday.
U.S. District Judge James Munley sentenced Samuel Lombardo, 53, to 72 months in federal prison.
Lombardo was convicted of possession with the intent to deliver heroin and illegally possessing a handgun.
Prosecutors alleged Lombardo sold 60 grams of heroin over the course of a year, which they said equaled up to 3,000 doses.
