UNDATED — A Muslim-American radio host’s lawyers are seeking a court order to get bank records for a neo-Nazi website publisher after questioning his father under oath about money donated by the site’s readers. Greg Anglin, the father of The Daily Stormer publisher Andrew Anglin, recently testified that he helped his son collect and deposit between $100,000 and $150,000 in readers’ mailed donations over a five-year period. OFFICER-INVOLVED SHOOTING — Authorities have identified the person who was killed in an officer-involved shooting in Missoula over the weekend. Missoula County Undersheriff Rich Maricelli said Monday that 49-year-old Jessa Cooper died after officers responded to reports of a disturbance in a home on Sunday.

UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA-DEAN GRIEVANCE — University of Montana Dean of Students Rhondie Voorhees has filed an employment grievance against the institution after being asked to depart the university in August.

BUTTE-CALL CENTER — A provider of outsourced call center and other business services is planning to open a new facility in western Montana, bringing up to 350 new jobs by next spring to Butte.
