KODIAK-CRUISE INDUSTRY

KODIAK — Kodiak is expecting 31 cruise ships next year, the most vessels the Alaska city has seen in a single year.

KENAI CHAPEL-RENOVATIONS

KENAI — A century-old Russian Orthodox chapel in Kenai will undergo renovations next year after receiving nearly $28,000 in grant funding.

— MOTORCYCLE FATAL — Anchorage police have released the name of a man killed in a weekend motorcycle crash.

— GASTINEAU CHANNEL-BODY — The state medical examiner will attempt to determine the cause of death of a Juneau man found in Gastineau Channel.
