RICHMOND, Va. — Voters in Virginia choose candidates in a Republican U.S. Senate race and in nine GOP and Democratic U.S. House races. The Senate race will be a three-way battle between a county supervisor from northern Virginia who made a strong run in the 2017 GOP primary for governor, a state House delegate and a minister. Nine House races have primaries, with the highest profile being for the Democratic race for the 10th District in northern Virginia. By Sarah Rankin.
