August 2, 2018

MILFORD — A Bridgeport woman was arrested Thursday on suspicion of coordinating a May 2017 Milford home invasion while she was a guest in the home.

Alisha Drescher, 21, is the fifth person arrested in connection with the incident and was charged with conspiracy to commit home invasion, robbery, burglary, reckless driving and engaging police in a pursuit, according to Milford Police.

Charles Johnson, Selena Cardenas, Thomas Sanders and Larry Davis were arrested in January following a home invasion on Melba Street in Milford in May 2017, according to a statement from police. Officers said during the home invasion two men with their faces covered forced themselves into a bedroom and used a firearm to demand money from the residents.
