A passion for food with an emphasis on local
Timbers of Ludington has a new vision and a new menu with an emphasis on local foods.
In 2018, Brad Butterfield, owner of the gastropub, enlisted the help of Culinary Cultivations, a restaurant consulting service based in Grand Rapids.
“We’ve been doing great, but this was about adding something new and fresh,” Butterfield said. “I always like to try new things and keep it interesting.”
