Benton House Senior Living gains new partner in Bridge Investment Group

February 27, 2019

Benton House Senior Living recently announced entering into a joint venture agreement with Bridge Investment Group, a diversified real estate investment company based in Orlando.

“By entering into this agreement, the ownership of Benton House is able to use the proceeds to grow and serve more seniors,” said Community Relations Director Margaret Kopp.

Kopp said Benton House, which has locations in various Southeastern states, will be expanding with a new location in Florence soon. The Aiken location’s memory care facility is near capacity.

“The Aiken community has been so welcoming,” Kopp said. “We’ve had over 70 move-ins in less than a year and are coming down to our last few available apartments. It feels so wonderful to be part of such a wonderful option for seniors in the city I love.”

Bridge Investment Group has served the senior living industry for many years and have other joint venture partnerships in communities across the United States. According to a press release, they share Benton House’s “passion” for senior service.

“Residents and families won’t notice anything different,” Kopp said. “We remain Benton House and all the community staff and current management group remain in place. And we are excited to work with Bridge.”

In addition to senior living, Bridge also has large divisions serving the medical office and multi-family industries.
