BISMARCK, N.D. _ Visitors to the North Dakota Capitol will see a new public entrance in the next legislative session. State lawmakers set aside $2 million to remodel the south entrance, accessed through a ground floor tunnel that is the building’s only public access point. Part of the project will entail enclosing and revamping the tunnel that’s long been closed to traffic. UPCOMING: 250 words. AP Photo requested.
