Crime blotter for Dec. 18

According to reports provided by the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office:

A 38-year-old Graniteville woman reported Sunday her 38-year-old boyfriend started breaking items around their Honors Circle home during an argument.

A 19-year-old North Augusta man called police Sunday claiming someone stole his firearm while he was at an unknown location on Terra Cotta Lane in Beech Island.

A 49-year-old Warrenville man reported Sunday his girlfriend assaulted him during an altercation at their Railroad Street residence. The victim also told deputies the suspect was breaking several items in the house.

A 53-year-old Aiken man called police Sunday claiming his 36-year-old girlfriend assaulted him with a clothes hanger after going through his cellphone without permission at their Winding Trial Road home. The woman said she got upset because she found texts in her boyfriend’s phone related to him getting another woman pregnant.

A Graniteville man reported Sunday someone broke into a vehicle belonging to his employer on Woodward Drive in Aiken.

Deputies charged an Aiken woman Sunday with malicious injury to personal property after she caused damage to a Trenton woman’s vehicle with a key while it was parked on McKinnon Loop.
