Granite Implements Share Repurchase Plan
WATSONVILLE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 21, 2018--Granite Construction Incorporated (NYSE: GVA) announced today that it has established a plan under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities and Exchange Commission to facilitate common stock repurchases as part of its existing $200 million share repurchase authorization.
