SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) _ Jon Kinloch scored 13 of his 16 points in the first half to lead Gonzaga to a 68-55 victory over Eastern Washington Friday night.

Kinloch opened the scoring with a 3-point shot and hit two more 3-pointers before the game was six minutes old.

Gonzaga (5-2) took a 42-30 halftime lead and led by as many as 17 points in stretching its home winning streak to nine games.

Kyle Dixon added 14 points and Paul Rogers had 13 for the Bulldogs.

Eastern (1-8) got 11 points from D’mitri Rideout and 10 each from Mike Sims and Melvin Lewis.

It was the Eagles’ 10th straight loss to Gonzaga.
