Ludington woman pleads to maintaining drug house

A 28-year-old Ludington woman on Tuesday pleaded guilty to maintaining a drug house before Judge Susan K. Sniegowski Tuesday in 51st Circuit Court. Nicole Horowski, 912 N. Gaylord Ave., was charged with possession of heroin and a felony firearms charge in addition to the drug house charge.

Those charges will be dismissed according to the plea agreement reached between the prosecutor’s office and Horowski’s defense attorney. She will be sentenced at a later date.
