Santa Fe High choir performance dedicated to late student
Santa Fe High School’s choir is scheduled to give a public concert featuring a wide array of songs from such artists as the Beatles and Queen and such musicals as Grease and A Star is Born at 6 p.m. Thursday.
The concert at the James A. Little Theater on the campus of the New Mexico School for the Deaf, 1060 Cerrillos Road, will be dedicated to 15-year-old Zion Sandoval, a Santa Fe High student who took his own life last month. Sandoval was a member of Santa Fe High’s boys choir and chose the song from Grease for the concert.
Admission to the concert is free, but donations will be accepted.
