Officer, state trooper injured as police cars collide
CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — Authorities say a New Jersey state trooper and a local police officer were injured when their cruisers collided.
State police say the trooper and the Camden County officer were both driving marked vehicles when they crashed Sunday morning in Camden. But it’s still not clear how the collision occurred.
Both officers were treated at a hospital for undisclosed injuries and have since been released. Their names and further information about them have not been disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
