The Clubhouse apartments in North Augusta offer baseball, river views

January 24, 2019

“Live, work, play” is the mantra for Riverside Village, and the Clubhouse apartments adds another of the “live” aspects to the development.

The Clubhouse is the second apartment complex in Riverside Village to welcome residents to life on the river, with eight of their 32 units occupied.

The Clubhouse is right next to SRP Park, the new Augusta GreenJackets stadium, and offers unobstructed views of the field and the Savannah River from each unit.

“That is really our No. 1 amenity, we just have views that can’t be beat,” said Amanda Dyches, community manager at the Clubhouse.

Other amenities include an underground parking deck for residents, and secure access to the building.

Residents who move into the fourth floor of the building also have balconies overlooking the stadium with an extra 200 square feet of outdoor space. Dyches said it’s a great entertaining space, especially during the baseball season or during any concerts at the stadium.

“I just think our location and our accessibility is key, and with all of the restaurants and the boutiques and retailers that have committed to coming to Riverside Village, I can’t wait to see what it’s going to be like in a year once everything is here and it’s up and running,” Dyches said, “It’s just going to be super exciting.”

Along with the Clubhouse, the Ironwood Apartments and the Crowne Plaza Hotel are also open, and the Augusta GreenJackets will be playing their second season in North Augusta this year. Slated to join them are numerous restaurants and retailers, plus some office space.

Dyches said current residents at the Clubhouse span all age groups and all career fields.

“I think it makes it even more great, that one thing has brought such a diverse group of people together,” Dyches said.

Dyches said some residents are baseball fans with season tickets to the GreenJackets game, so living in the Clubhouse has given them two places to watch baseball from: a seat in the stadium or a couch in their living room.

The two bedroom, two bathroom apartments start at $1,595, according to the Clubhouse website.
