ROTH Capital Partners to Host 6th Annual ROTH New Industrials Corporate Access Day in New York City

November 27, 2018

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 27, 2018--ROTH Capital Partners (ROTH), www.roth.com, a full service investment bank focused on serving emerging growth companies and their investors, today announced that it will host its 6th Annual ROTH New Industrials Corporate Access Day on December 11, 2018 in New York, NY.

This invitation-only event will give investors the opportunity to interact with senior management of a select group of small/mid-cap firms across the sector, including leaders in energy storage, biofuels, water/environmental services, grid infrastructure, fuel cells, alternative fuels, auto parts providers, wind, green plastics and energy efficiency. While most companies have discrete drivers, uniting themes are expected to include growth driven by innovation, the rebuilding of U.S. manufacturing, and niche market success. Following introductory remarks from ROTH’s Senior Cleantech and Industrial Growth Analysts Craig Irwin, Phil Shen, Gerry Sweeney and Matt Koranda, investors will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the participating companies.

“Despite continued industrial manufacturing strength in the US economy, market volatility has spiked and better stock entry points are revealed as investors contemplate the Fed, trade war dislocations, and a weakening housing market. We have assembled a wide array of industrial and cleantech companies to offer investors a look at some of the underlying growth trends within the New Industrial Economy, many of which provide a buffer to greater uncertainty,” said Jesse Pichel, Managing Director of Investment Banking at ROTH.

“At our New Industrials Corporate Access Day the 1x1 format provides an opportunity for investors to meet directly with company management to delve further into their business strategies and ascertain how they are positioned for continued growth in the New Industrial Economy,” said Gerard Sweeney Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at ROTH.

Since 2012, ROTH has been involved in approximately 100 transactions for its Cleantech & Industrial Growth clients, with total transaction value over $3.8 billion. (Source: ROTH Capital Partners, 11/26/2018)
