NEW YORK (AP) _ Stocks that were moving substantially or trading heavily Monday on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stock Market.

Eastman Chemical Co., up 88 cents at $39.88

Eastman Chemical will not go through with the spinoff of its specialty chemical and plastics unit. The company cited adverse market conditions and an uncertain business environment.

Dillard's Inc., up 76 cents at $16.26

Analysts said Dillard's was rallying on hopes that the retailer will go on the selling block in the wake of the Friday death of founder and chairman, William T. Dillard Sr.

McDermott International, up $1.84 at $14.20

McDermott posted fourth-quarter profits of 26 cents a share, 4 cents above Wall Street's forecast. Additionally, Deutsche Banc and Merrill Lynch raised their ratings on the stock.

Charter Communications Inc., up 10 cents at $11.35

The cable systems operator posted a fourth-quarter loss of $1.04 a share, 4 cents less than analysts were expecting.

Travelocity.com, down $1.07 at $18.88; Walt Disney Co., up 53 cents at $23.95 (Disney is traded on the NYSE.)

Travelocity.com announced a distribution agreement with Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. The agreement will allow the online travel-booking site to market theme park tickets and hotel rooms directly from Disney, rather than going through third-party wholesalers.

Toymax International, up $1.18 at $4.23; Jakks Pacific, down 55 cents at $18.25

Jakks Pacific will acquire fellow toy company Toymax for $4.50 a share in cash and stock.
