KENTUCKY MARSY’S LAW
The Kentucky Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys will ask a judge on Tuesday to remove a referendum from the November ballot about whether to change the state’s constitution. The ballot question, known as Marsy’s Law, would guarantee crime victims have rights during court proceedings.
