SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jun 14, 2018--Eccovia Solutions, the provider of ClientTrack—an industry-leading care coordination platform—announced today key takeaways and insights from “Connecting Communities,” a user forum hosted yesterday at the Microsoft Technology Center in Philadelphia. The unique event brought together ClientTrack users from across the healthcare and human services spectrum to share success stories, discuss best practices and learn about new features.
