Stibitz-Rozell wins Fourth Ward race for Ludington City Council
Cheri Stibitz-Rozell was elected Tuesday to be the new Ludington city councilor for the Fourth Ward, receiving 272 votes compared to 222 votes for her opponent, Kandi Fugere.
Stibitz-Rozell, who is a long-time resident of the Fourth Ward, said she is honored and overjoyed to be taking on the position to represent her ward.
“It’s a huge honor,” Stibitz-Rozell said. “I’m very excited to be your next councilor.”
