Sept. 18

Abigial T. Fraas, 19, was fined $550 on a charge of attempted procuring/selling alcohol to a minor.

Sept. 19

Maria C. Baldwin, 45, was sentenced to 90 days jail, six months license revocation and fined $550 on a charge of driving under the influence and attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 20

Joshua Schaub, 19, was sentenced to 90 days jail and fined $50 on charges of minor in possession and attempted distribution of a controlled substance.

Leah K. Fowler, 19, was fined $640 on charges of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Sept. 26

Jeffery K. Karraker, 30, was sentenced to two days jail and fined $175 on charges of unlawful entry without a park permit and failure to appear. Christopher L. Hernandez, 36, was sentenced to seven days jail and fined $650 on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Livermont, 67, was sentenced to 50 days jail and fined $50 on a charge of disturbing the peace.

Luis F. Ayala, 31, was fined $150 on a charge of driving under suspension.

A charge of theft by taking against Craig M. Engelhaupt, 43, was dismissed.

Kaylynn J. Soliz, 27, was fined $149 on two counts of disturbing the peace.

Sept. 28

Albert Little Wolf, 36, was fined $150 on a charge of possession of an open container.

Kelly Canseco, 22, was fined $150 on a charge of licensing a vehicle without liability insurance.

Anessa L. Ortiz, 22, was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $800 on a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance.

Charges of driving under the influence (BAC over .15) against Jesse J. Newberry, 29, were dismissed.

Timothy Britthouer, 50, was fined $152 on a charge of possession of an open container.

Stephen Paben, 39, was sentenced to three days jail and fined $50 on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Casey Cole, 53, was fined $250 on a charge of no valid registration and no proof of insurance.

Sept. 29

Tucker D. Keiser, 24, was sentenced to 60 days jail, 18 months driver’s license revocation and fined $2 on a charge of driving under the influence, second offense.
