The food section should print recipes with locally available ingredients
At last! It is refreshing and assuring to know there are recipes and cooks in the great Northwest, and The News-Review has finally run something in the Food section that I didn’t need to go to New York City, or at least travel to Eugene, Portland, Seattle or San Franciso to obtain the chief ingredients. “Sheet-Pan trout with garlicky broccolini” looks interesting. It has available ingredients and is within my skill Level. I shall try it. Thank you.
