Aleppo to start Sewickley Heights Drive paving mid-July
The portion of Sewickley Heights Drive in Aleppo is set to be repaved later this month, according to township officials.
Mele & Mele & Sons Inc. of Braddock is the firm doing the work. The base bid price is $396,249, Aleppo Manager Gwen Patterson said.
A date for the start of the work hasn’t been set, but township engineer Ben Gilberti told council in June the firm plans to begin work by mid-July and that it should take about 10 days, weather permitting, to finish the project.
Paving will extend from Sewickley Ridge Drive to the Sewickley Heights Drive cul-de-sac.
