HARRINGTON, Del. (AP) _ A horse was killed at Harrington Raceway after breaking his neck in a collision with another horse during a harness race.

Walt Dizzy made a break in the seventh race Thursday night, forcing 6-year-old Adequate Hanover off stride and into the path of a trailing horse, Phoenix Fella.
