Fundraiser Set For Loyalty Barber And Bog Co-owner Brian Craig

November 12, 2018

Friends of Brian Craig — who is perhaps best known as a co-owner of popular bar The Bog and a barber at Loyalty Barber Shop and Shave Parlor of Scranton, both on Adams Avenue downtown — have rallied together to throw a benefit for the Roaring Brook Twp. resident, who recently was diagnosed with cancer and is in treatment in Philadelphia.

Set for the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, Nov. 23, BRI DAY will be an all-ages concert event featuring acoustic performances from local bands, including Tom Petty Appreciation Band, Mighty Fine Wine, JP Biondo, Mike Quinn, Tom Graham, Brian Langan, Chris Kearney, Charles Havira and These Idol Hands. It takes place from 4 to 10 p.m. at Scranton Cultural Center at The Masonic Temple, 420 N. Washington Ave., and will feature food provided by Linden Chicken and Backyard Ale House.

Multiple ticket options are available online at briancraigfundraiser.bigcartel.com, or $25 general admission tickets can be bought in person starting Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m. at The Bog, 341 Adams Ave.; Backyard Ale House, 523 Linden St.; Jack’s Draft House, 802 Prescott Ave.; and Stalter’s Cafe, 872 Providence Road, all in Scranton.
