Dyer, Gaston and Holland

OGDEN — Police have made one arrest and issued two arrest warrants in connection with a shooting on 25th Street earlier this month that injured three people.

The three men — Frenchman Davonti Dyer, 23, DeAngelo Micko Holland, 40, and Erin Tramale Gaston, 24 — have been charged in connection to the shooting.

All three have been charged with obstruction of justice, a second-degree felony, and riot, a third-degree felony.

Dyer is charged with three counts of felony discharge of a firearm, one first-degree felony and two third-degree felonies. Gaston has been charged with five first-degree felony counts of discharge of a firearm.

Dyer is in police custody after he was recently arrested in Orem where he lives, according to Ogden Police Lt. Tim Scott.

Gaston and Holland have outstanding arrest warrants, and are believed to be in the Weber County area, Scott said.

Just after midnight on Sept. 2, Ogden Police responded to a report of shots fired at a bar in the 200 block of 25th Street. Three men were found to be shot at the scene, according to an OPD news release.

Scott said Wednesday that all three men have recovered from their injuries and have been released from the hospital.

Police were told that a fight broke out just before three people were shot.

Officers who responded to the scene were told by witnesses that a suspect was seen leaving the scene in a white Chrysler 300, and the same vehicle was seen driving past the scene by officers, according to a probable cause statement filed for the case.

Information provided to police identified Dyer, Holland and Gaston as possible suspects in the shooting, charging documents say.

Video surveillance footage allegedly shows Gaston walking toward the Chrysler in the rear parking lot of the bar, the affidavit says. Gaston can be seen reaching into the car, grabbing an unknown object and handing the object to Dyer, according to the charging document. The two walk out of the camera frame just before people are seen running away from the bar, presumably after the shots were fired.

Another camera angle is said to show Dyer raise a handgun and fire three shots, charging documents say.

Ogden Police released photos of the three suspects Wednesday afternoon. Police are asking for the public’s help in finding and locating Holland and Gaston, who are not in police custody, Scott said.
