KINGMAN — There are no Mohave Valley issues before the county planning and zoning commission Wednesday.
The commission will discuss a rezone of 40-acre parcel south of Saguaro Drive in Yucca from an agricultural residential, 30-acre minimum lot size to an agricultural residential, seven-acre minimum lot size. The applicant wants to divide the property into four nine-acre lots.
The 10-person commission consists of two members from each supervisor district. Melanie Bruehl and Dale Kelley represent District 2 and Mehdi Azarmi and Larry Morse represent District 5. There is one vacancy from District 1. The commission meets the second Wednesday of each month.
Planning and zoning issues will go before the county supervisors for approval at their Oct. 1 meeting. The commission meeting starts at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the board of supervisors auditorium at the county administration building at 700 W Beale St. in Kingman.
